To celebrate the community purchase of the Hotel de Ville (Town Hall) and acknowledge the French influence in it's construction we are holding a special French dinner. We have been fortunate to obtain the services of classically trained chef Yves Quemerais who will cook for us. a) Confit duck spring rolls, maize coleslaw, satay sauce.

b) Giant couscous risotto, king prawns, black garlic butter, Emmental cheese tuile.

c) Confit lamb breast stuffed with cranberry, baby vegetables, lemon thyme sauce.

d) Grilled sea bream fillet, baby vegetables, samphire cream.
