The Duke of York

In March we were notified that we had won The Duke of York's Community Initiative Award. Following a careful and rigorous process of assessment this award is given to schemes that demonstrate exceptional achievements in the fostering of community spirit.

We collected the award from HRH The Duke of York in October 2007.

Commended Award in the Community Benefit

In May 2007 we received the Commended Award in the Community Benefit section of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Pro Yorkshire Awards. We were surprised and delighted to receive this award at a dinner at Leeds Town Hall as we were competing with major schemes from all over Yorkshire and were judged second only to a £4m+ scheme for a school in a deprived area of Leeds.
